  • 1 cup diced vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots) Fresh or frozen vegetables can be used.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great) Feel free to mix different types of cheese for creaminess.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced) Can substitute with turkey or omit for a vegetarian option.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Drizzle on top for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced vegetables, cooked chicken, and shredded cheese.
Mixing
  1. In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Pour the soup mixture over the pasta and chicken mixture. Stir to combine well.
Baking
  1. Transfer everything into a greased baking dish.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven. Pairs well with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, reheat before serving. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
