Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced vegetables, cooked chicken, and shredded cheese.
Mixing
- In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the pasta and chicken mixture. Stir to combine well.
Baking
- Transfer everything into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven. Pairs well with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, reheat before serving. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
