  • 2 cups cauliflower rice Squeeze out excess moisture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use any cheese of your choice.
  • 2 large eggs Can substitute with egg alternatives.
Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
  • Fresh herbs Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower rice, shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a bit before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can freeze portions for up to a month.
