Preparation

- In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower rice, shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a bit before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can freeze portions for up to a month.
