Method
Cooking Steaks
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side (or until desired doneness).
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth.
Cooking Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and add pasta to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce, tossing to coat.
Serving
- Slice the rested steaks and serve on top of the creamy garlic pasta, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Serve warm, ideally with a salad or steamed vegetables. A glass of red wine pairs well.
