Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess. For a vegetarian version, add vegetables like spinach or substitute cheese.
