- Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion, celery, and the secret ingredient.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on bread, in a wrap, or with crackers.
Notes
To store, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir before serving. For added protein, mix in shredded chicken or canned tuna.
