- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, mix the halal soy sauce and honey or maple syrup over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Soft-boil the eggs (about 6-7 minutes in simmering water).
- Assemble the bowl: start with noodles, add the glazed beef, sliced avocado, and soft-boiled egg.
- Top with mixed vegetables and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
Serve in a deep dish for beautiful layers. Add lime juice for a zingy flavor, or substitute beef with chicken or tofu. Add chili flakes or Sriracha if you enjoy some heat. Store leftovers separately for freshness.
