Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Place the lobster tails and scallops in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the seafood.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the scallops are opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Best served hot out of the oven. Pair with rice, steamed vegetables, or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days.
