- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add the cooked linguine, and toss to coat in the sauce. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve immediately for best taste. Consider topping with fresh parsley or more grated Parmesan cheese. Pairs well with salad or garlic bread.
