  • 12 oz rigatoni or pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet; sauté for a few minutes until broccoli is tender.
Combining the Ingredients
  1. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken, garlic, and broccoli; mix well.
  2. Serve hot, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra creaminess, you can add a splash of heavy cream or cream cheese. The dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, add a splash of milk to loosen the sauce and stir occasionally.
