Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 200 ml Warm Milk Make sure it is warm but not hot.
  • 50 g Condensed Milk
  • 400 g Bread Flour
  • 30 g Butter Melted.
  • 0.5 unit Egg Beaten and divided for dough and brushing.
  • to taste unit Salt
  • 15 g Yeast
  • 35 g Sugar
For Brushing
  • 0.5 unit Egg Remaining beaten egg.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, condensed milk, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the flour, along with 1/2 beaten egg.
  4. Mix and knead until a dough forms.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them and thaw at room temperature before serving. Ensure your milk is warm, not hot, as it could kill the yeast. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle a little more flour while kneading. For a richer flavor, substitute some of the milk with buttermilk.
