  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use tamari for gluten-free

Method

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef in a single layer and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Consider adding colorful vegetables such as bell peppers or snap peas.
