Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup peas
- ½ cup diced carrots
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp sesame oil (for flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Scramble the eggs: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok. Pour in the beaten eggs, scramble, and set aside.
- Sauté the veggies: Add the remaining oil to the pan. Cook garlic, carrots, and peas until soft.
- Add the rice: Stir in the cooked rice and break up any clumps. Let it fry for a few minutes.
