Fried Rice – Don’t LOSE this recipe

 






Here’s a simple and delicious Fried Rice recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (for flavor)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Scramble the eggs: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok. Pour in the beaten eggs, scramble, and set aside.
  2. Sauté the veggies: Add the remaining oil to the pan. Cook garlic, carrots, and peas until soft.
  3. Add the rice: Stir in the cooked rice and break up any clumps. Let it fry for a few minutes.
  4. Season: Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Finish: Add the scrambled eggs and green onions, stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
