Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    (or a mix of oregano, thyme, and basil)
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky touch)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds (for extra crunch, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dough – Roll out the puff pastry slightly on a floured surface. Brush with melted butter.
  3. Season & Add Cheese – Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika evenly. Then, spread the shredded cheese over half of the pastry sheet.
