Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
These moist and fluffy muffins are packed with banana flavor and chocolatey goodness—perfect for breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup sugar (or honey for a natural option)
- ⅓ cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with liners or grease it lightly.

- In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
