Velvety Mango Cream Recipe

This Velvety Mango Cream is a smooth, rich, and tropical dessert made with ripe mangoes and creamy ingredients. It’s perfect for a quick treat, light dessert, or even as a filling for cakes and pastries.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (balances sweetness)
  • Mint leaves & mango slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Mango – Puree the diced mangoes until completely smooth. Set aside.
  2. Whip the Cream – In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine Ingredients – Gently fold the mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice into the whipped cream. Mix until smooth.
  4. Chill & Serve – Divide into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for a thicker texture.
  5. Garnish & Enjoy – Top with fresh mango slices, mint leaves, or a sprinkle of crushed nuts before serving.

Tips:
