- ½ cup kalamata olives (pitted and halved)
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- ½ cup red bell pepper (sliced)
- ½ cup onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup chicken broth (or dry white wine for extra flavor)
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (for garnish)
