- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 4 eggs
- ½ cup (120ml) milk
- ½ cup (120ml) olive oil or melted butter
- 1 cup (100g) grated cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or Parmesan)
- 1 cup (150g) diced ham
- ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
Instructions:
