Homemade Sandy Ice Cream (Burger King Style) with Thermomix
Ingredients:
- 500 ml heavy cream (cold)
- 250 ml whole milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp powdered milk (for extra creaminess)
- 100 g cookies (e.g., Lotus Biscoff, Oreos, or digestive biscuits)
Instructions:

Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
- Add the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and powdered milk to the Thermomix bowl.
- Blend for 30 sec / Speed 4 until well combined.

- Freeze for 6-8 hours until solid.
