Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a small bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add egg yolks, vanilla, melted butter, and the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
