- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (100g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (or 1 tub of whipped topping)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for a tangy flavor)
