Crispy Potatoes with a Tangy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Potatoes:

  • 4 large potatoes (cut into wedges or cubes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Special Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (grated or minced)

Instructions:

  • Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
