Pizza monkey bread is a fun, pull-apart version of pizza, perfect for sharing! It’s made by layering bite-sized pieces of dough with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings, then baking it in a bundt pan until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni (or chopped pepperoni)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Cut the dough into bite-sized pieces (quarters work well).
- Toss ingredients together – In a large bowl, mix the dough pieces with mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and melted butter.
- Layer in the pan – Place the mixture evenly into the greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool & serve – Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping onto a plate. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
Would you add any extra toppings, like olives or mushrooms?
