Instructions
1. Make the Doughnut Batter:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking. Grease a mini doughnut pan. If frying, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined.
2. Bake or Fry the Doughnuts:
- Baking Method: Pipe or spoon the batter into a mini doughnut pan, filling each mold about ¾ full. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
