Here’s a simple and delicious Peach Cobbler recipe for you!

Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish (9x13 inches).

  2. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix the peaches, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
    • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  3. Make the Crust:

    • In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    • Add melted butter and milk. Stir until combined.
  4. Assemble & Bake:

    • Spoon or spread the batter over the peach filling.
    • Sprinkle extra sugar and cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
