  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined. The mixture should be moist but firm enough to roll into balls.
