Ingredients (Makes 4 Cups)

- ½ cup mascarpone or cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (or honey)

- 8 crushed cookies (Graham crackers, Biscoff, or Oreos)
- ½ cup fruit (berries, banana slices, or mango)
