Ingredients:

  • 200g cream cheese (softened)
  • 100g white chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • ½ cup berry jam (strawberry, raspberry, or cherry)
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits (optional, for a firmer texture)
  • 150g white chocolate (for coating)
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling:

    • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • If you want a firmer texture, mix in crushed biscuits.
  2. Shape the truffles:

    • Take a small spoonful of the mixture, flatten it slightly, and add a small drop of berry jam in the center.
    • Gently close it into a ball and place it on a tray lined with parchment paper.
    • Repeat with the remaining mixture and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Coat with white chocolate:

    • Melt the additional white chocolate.
    • Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
    • Immediately roll in sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration.
  4. Chill and serve:

    • Place the coated truffles back on the tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
