Classic Ham Salad Recipe

Classic Ham Salad Recipe 🥪

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet ham salad, perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or wraps!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped (leftover ham works great!)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (adjust for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish (or chopped dill pickles for a tangy twist)
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the ham – Use a food processor for a finer texture or a knife for chunkier salad.
  2. Mix everything – In a bowl, combine chopped ham, mayo, mustard, relish, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  3. Chill for 15-30 minutes – This helps the flavors meld together.
  4. Serve – Spread on bread for a sandwich, scoop onto crackers, or serve in lettuce wraps!

Would you like a healthier version using Greek yogurt instead of mayo?
