Chocolate Chip Vanilla Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream (cold)
- ½ cup (120ml) whole milk
- ¼ cup (50g) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp gelatin powder (optional, for stability)
- 2 tbsp warm water (if using gelatin)
- ½ cup (75g) mini chocolate chips

Prepare the Gelatin (Optional for Firmer Mousse):
- In a small bowl, mix ½ tsp gelatin powder with 2 tbsp warm water. Stir and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Heat the Milk & Sugar:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves (don’t let it boil).
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- If using gelatin, add it to the warm milk and mix well. Let the mixture cool.

- In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
