Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or olive oil)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or chives, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using).
