Cabbage Pancakes – Easy & Healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (about 200g) finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, grated (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk or water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (for fluffier pancakes)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Batter

  • In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and green onions.
  • Add eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Stir in flour and milk, mixing until you get a thick batter.

2. Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil.
  • Scoop small portions of batter and flatten slightly.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

3. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve warm with sour cream, yogurt, or your favorite dip.
