Cabbage Pancakes – Easy & Healthy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (about 200g) finely shredded cabbage
- 1 small carrot, grated (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk or water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (for fluffier pancakes)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and green onions.
- Add eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Stir in flour and milk, mixing until you get a thick batter.
2. Cook the Pancakes
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil.
- Scoop small portions of batter and flatten slightly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm with sour cream, yogurt, or your favorite dip.
