Ingredients:
For the Crispy Base:
- 3 cups rice crispy cereal
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup marshmallows
For the Cream Layer:
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup heavy cream (whipped)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- 2 bananas (sliced)
- 1 tbsp honey or caramel drizzle (optional)
Instructions:
1. Make the Crispy Base:
- In a pan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Mix in the rice crispy cereal and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined square baking dish and let it cool.
2. Prepare the Cream Layer:
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
