Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crispiness)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Cooking oil spray or olive oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Breading Station:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set up an air fryer at 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Place flour in a separate bowl.
2. Coat the Chicken:
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, shaking off excess.

- Air Fryer Method: Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray with oil and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
