Carrot Pineapple Ginger Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 lemon or lime, juiced
- 2 cups water (adjust for preferred consistency)
- Honey or sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend Ingredients: Add the carrots, pineapple, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Add Citrus & Sweetener: Stir in the lemon/lime juice and sweetener if needed.
