Instructions
1. Make the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
2. Assemble the Filling:
- Layer banana slices evenly over the cooled crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the bananas.
3. Prepare the Pudding Layer:
- Whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
- Spread the pudding over the bananas and caramel.
4. Whipped Cream Topping:
- Beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently spread or pipe the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
5. Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
