Balloon Bread 😋

 









1 teaspoon of sugar


1 pack of dry yeast


2 cups of warm milk


2 tablespoons of olive oil


2 tablespoons of yoghurt


5 cups of flour


1 teaspoon of salt


How to Make a Instant Balloon Bread Recipe in 6 Minutes;


Let's add sugar, yeast and milk to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let's add olive oil and yoghurt to it and continue mixing.


Let's add flour and salt in a controlled way and knead a soft dough. Let's cover it and wait until it's 2 layers.


Let's take the air of the fermented dough and divide it into 2 equal meringues. Let's open the meringues with a roller and cut the dough with the help of a container and shape it.


I string the breads we shaped on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Let's cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes.


Let's bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 6 minutes.

  1. It would be nice if the instructions were written for most bakers to understand what the author is talking about instead of using language that most of us do not understand. I would love to make the breads but have absolutely no idea what is being said about meringues being opened and stringing breads and how many little breads are being made, and what is meant by leaving bread until it is 2 layers. How do you cut dough with a container? Could someone please explain all of these things mentioned so we could make the breads.

    1. Szia! Nem szakmai nyelv, hanem a google fordítója a ludas. "Letakarjuk és megvárjuk, míg 2 rétegű lesz." = Duplájára kel. "2 egyenlő habcsókra osztjuk" = 2 részre vágjuk. " A habcsókokat hengerrel szétnyitjuk" = kinyújtjuk. "egy edény segítségével a tésztát felvagdossuk és formázzuk." = mint a pogácsaszaggatás.
