Ingredients :
° 1 banana
° 150 g of speculoos cookies
° 50 g sugar
° 40g butter
° 250 g cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
° 80 g of fresh cream
° 15 g flour
° 50 g sugar
° 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder or liquid
° A little lemon juice
° 1 pinch of salt
° 1 egg
° Chantilly (optional9
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Butter the dish.
Mix the cookies until they are reduced to a crumb. Add sugar, butter and mix.
Arrange the preparation in the bottom of the dish and press down well until everything is compact. Bake at 200 ° C for 5 minutes then refrigerate.
In a bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream and sugar until well combined.
Peel and crush the banana. Then add it to the mixture with a little lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
Add the whole egg and mix again.
Pour this preparation into the mold over the cookie dough which has cooled. Bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes then lower the temperature to 90 ° C. Leave for another 30 minutes.
Let cool then cover and place in the fridge overnight. Prepare a homemade whipped cream to accompany the cake. It is also possible to have banana slices to decorate.
