Ingredients:


- 2 ripe avocados

- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained

- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: chopped fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, or cucumber slices for serving


Instructions:


1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl, leaving a thin layer of avocado against the skin to help keep its shape.

2. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork until smooth.

3. Add the drained tuna, chopped red onion, chopped celery, and fresh lemon juice to the mashed avocado. Mix until well combined.
